    Based on expertise and experience in control and testing, LABSEN collaborates with the manufacturer UnitedTest for distributing high quality testing machines to our customers. Our products are made for Australian conditions, meet the local regulations, perform safely, provide accurate test data and will last for long life.

    To make sure the products satisfy the stringent requirement, LABSEN works with its collaborative manufacturer in

    • specifying technical specifications,
    • strictly selecting key components,
    • on-site check or remotely check any upgrading function.

    All key components (servo valves, load cells, displacement sensors, hydraulic seals, etc. ) of the servo hydraulic testing machines are selected from well-known manufacturers whereas other mechanical parts are fabricated in the factory of our collaborative partner.

    Furthermore, LABSEN contributes in improving the testing equipment (hardware and control software) and upgrading functions of material testing machines. This unique enhancement is available for our customers to run tests with complex measurement on our supplied testing machines in combining with other existing testing equipment (if available and possible), without ordering entire new testing systems.     With the loading capacity up to 3 MN, the listed compression machines  are commonly capable for testing concrete and FRP-confined concrete specimens. 

    For the needs of larger compression machines, LABSEN has worked with its partners to supply large testing machines with loading capacities more than 5 MN.     Servo Hydraulic Compression Machine CTM 300kN

    YAW series Compressive Strength Testing Equipment to test cement, brick and concrete is offered by United Test. Range 1000kN, 2000kN, and 3000KN, these strength testing equipment are extremely handy and are easy to use for testing cement, concrete and mortar cubes. We lay utmost importance on equipment design and construct with emphasis on ease of operation.
     
    Conform with test standard ASTM C39, this test method consists of applying a compressive axial load to molded cylinders or cores at a rate which is within a prescribed range until failure occurs. The compressive strength of the specimen is calculated by dividing the maximum load attained during the test by the cross-sectional area of the specimen.

    Servo Hydraulic Sleeper Bending Model CWF

    CWF series Flexure Testing Machine  mainly used to test the static load bending/flexural test of concrete sleeper, include III type sleeper, cross sleeper, bridge sleeper, wide railway sleeper etc., quickly and accuracy check the flexural strength.
    Frame is tower structure, with high stiffness and stability. Add the extra accessories can do bending fatigue test also. With the completely protection system, no splash when sample break.
